Esteem
Esteem is what every human gets for only being there. Esteem is what every human gets just for his abilities, his achievements, Every human of course esteems himself. The estimation itself is the value and cannot be reduced or increased. In the Society of Esteem the hierarchy is replaced by esteem. That means that the structures are all the same, only all areas obtain the same esteem within the structure.
Money
There is no money in the Society of Esteem. There is no need for a valuable medium, neither for materials nor for humans. There is no moment in the human society that could only work with money. Materials have the same worth, but are not the same. Humans have the same worth, but are not the same. When money leaves, the economy, science and the entire living together of all humans get a huge boost to freedom of development.
Work
In the Society of Esteem all jobs receive the same esteem, because all jobs serve in the same way to society. Humans within the Society of Esteem choose their jobs under consideration of their abilities and interests. They are interested in evolving in their jobs and increase their productivity. Motivation to work is completely given. The job within the Society of Esteem is vocation. Working is fun.

The computer is always present in the Society of Esteem: it belongs to society for chatting and emailing to preserve social contacts just like the telephone and letter-writing it is the basis for science of any kind connects cities and countries with people on international level next to libraries it is a second place for gathering information itself is being developed more and more to increase ist service to society can be used to play alone or in groups.
Sport
Sports are fun in the Society of Esteem: fun for the sportsmen and sportswomen and fun for the spectators. Sports can be chosen and practised freely from everyone, regarding own abilities and wishes. Championships are made for fun, for having good sport and to meet people on a playground level. The important thing is the common adventure, the experiencing of own physical abilities and having fun while playing and moving.
Technology
Technology faciliates life in the Society of Esteem and is estimated as important. The technological science is done completely free and only is based on the aim to serve to society. All knowledge and technological achievements are available for all people. Technology evolves in all directions, free of time-pressure and has the only self imposed limit in condition that it has to serve to everyone and cause no harm.
Family
Esteem in every family is natural. Within the Society of Esteem the family means one big family, which means one big community with more or less close relatives. All family members have a lot of contact persons and therefore obtain a lot of opportunities of activity. Family life is a backup and exercise for the life with society. Family problems are solved by discussions and disposition for compromise. Making compromises means no personal loss within the Society of Esteem, because all humans are aware of their own esteem and the esteems of others. People within the Society of Esteem are psychologically stable and equipped with a natural confidence.
Learning
Children within the Society of Esteem learn when, where and how long they want to: at home, with a particularly chosen own teacher, in learning agencies with other children or alone. Age is not important in sight of learning, what counts for the entire life. Learning is supported. Their will to learn and the fun involved leads the humans to their abilities and talents. They are highly motivated learners. The change from the basic learning to the job learning is chosen by everyone individually. The job learning is done within the jpb and is supported by the interest in the job and the fun in being able to develop the own abilities.
Nature
The entire nature is a place of endless beauty, diversity and rich resources. Nature, its strength and its wonders charm all humans and receive respect and esteem. The protection of environment is not independent action within the Society of Esteem, as every action, every thought and researching within the Society of Esteem has the thought for protecting the environment in it, and is supported by it.
Young people
An exciting time is adolescence within the Society of Esteem. Adolescents are searching for themselves and their place in the society. They are esteemed for their energy, their unconventionality, their ideas and their creativity. If an adolescent wishes still to learn or be active in his job is only up to him. His abilities in any case will be recognized just as his humanity.
Old people
It is an important time being old. Old people are esteemed within the Society of Esteem for their wisdom, their living experience and their calmness. Within the Society of Esteem everyone can make his own decision, when and how the work is done. However older people design their further lives, they enjoy reputation and recognition like everyone else in the Society of Esteem.
Wealth
The possession of things also within the Society of Esteem is personal and respected mutually. The chosen things that surround the people within the Society of Esteem depend on their personal desires and preferences. Everything is always accessible for everyone. Possessions within the Society of Esteem do not have to be accumulated in any kind and do not express the desire of esteem. Within the Society of Esteem all possessions express individuality of the people. The more diverse the people are, the more diverse are the desires, to possess this or that.
